VALENTINES Spanish TAPAS cooking class at COOK LA FEB 12, 2016



Spanish TAPAS Yes, they’re small plates of food but you’ll make plenty of them in tonight’s class. We will go to Spain’s finest cafes and bars which consider this tradition of tapas a ritual on a daily basis. You will be saying OLE by the end of class and have a set of recipes to make your friends and family jealous of your new skills.
What's on the Menu: Tortilla Espanola
Albondigas (Spanish Meatballs in a spicy tomato sauce)
Vegetable Empanadas * we will be making the dough by hand
Paella with Chicken AND SHRIMP
Arroz Con Leche (Sweet Rice Pudding Cups) *Red or White Wine Sangria tasting only; you are welcome to bring in your own bottle of wine. Restrictions: All Skill levels welcome; please call us to notify chefs of any food allergies a week in advance; closed toed shoes highly recommended.
