Summary:The Cinnabon™ Crew Member is directly responsible for thrilling customers’ needs by preparing, sampling and selling Cinnabon™ products. Responsibilities also include providing prompt, efficient, effective, and courteous quality service to the customer, operating the cash register and maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the Cinnabon™ kiosk.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:• Greet and engage each customer and use suggestive selling to upsell• Provide product samples to all potential customers• Prepare Cinnabon™ product assortment according to Cinnabon™ recipes and standard operating procedures (SOP), including serving as a Cinnabon™ Drink Barista• Maintain display offerings for grab and go items• Maintain customer service area and food preparation areas in a clean, inviting, hygienic condition• Operate, balance and maintain the cash register / point-of-sale (POS) as needed• Must be able to stand and/or walk for entire shift• Ability to lift and/or carry up to 50 pounds from ground to waist level• Ability to bend at waist with some twisting during workday• Ability to work with arms bent all day• Ability to stoop, kneel, and/or crouch while working• Ability to push and pull with arms up to a force of 20 pounds (i.e. utilizing a hand truck)• Ability to grasp, reach and manipulate objects with hands throughout workday; requires hand-eye coordination and may require bilateral coordination of hands• Additional responsibilities as assignedQualifications: Experience, Competencies and Education• Must be at least 16 years of age• 6 months of food service experience in a quick serve restaurant (QSR), bakery or fast food environment preferred; experience in a convenience store environment a plus• Must have, or be able to obtain Food Service Permit, as required by store/county/state• Basic prep skills such as product assembly, portioning, knife use, dating, rotation and labeling preferred• Familiarity and experience with kitchen equipment such as knives, scales, ovens, etc.• Strong verbal communication skills• Customer service and interpersonal skills• Comprehensive time management skills• Basic problem solving and analytical skills• Demonstrated ability to stay calm and confident under pressure, while still delivering exceptional customer service• Must be able to multitask, as well as prioritize
